21st century wonder woman:

HOW I LOST OVER 100LBS THROUGH SELF-LOVE & ACCEPTANCE

with Tracy Scott,
BSC. BIOLOGY, PTS, PN1, FKC

Tracy is a storyteller at heart. Her "official" list of credentials tells one part of her story, but it's all the things that happened in between that provide the juicy details. She learned to shine light into the darkest places and to love herself. She's lost more than 120 lbs and kept it off for more than a decade. She left Australia with two suitcases on the recommendation of the police, who were concerned her ex-partner would hurt her. She reinvented herself at 45 and channeled everything she knows, and continues to learn, into showing people their own light.
