You will choose one of these categories for the second session block. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please have a 2nd choice ready, in case your initial session of choice is full.
Join Caroline for an hour of mindful movement to fill your cup! During this hour, you will experience breathing techniques, fluid and empowering movement, and will finish with deep relaxation. This movement practice welcomes and is suited for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have access to one.
Caroline completed her 500 hour teacher training at Ahimsa and has since studied in various movement styles and traditions, but finds her practice grounded in Allie’s teachings. Always a spiritual seeker (from being a preachers daughter to studying the Zen forms on mountaintops), Caroline continues to metabolize the teachings of the world and integrate them with her yoga, strength and somatic movement practice. Currently, she is teaching in Huntsville and Baysville, as well as privately.

Simply put, Art Journaling is a visual diary--it's record keeping combined with creativity! It’s a place to record your thoughts, memories, and emotions through images, art and words. The number one rule about Art Journaling is that…there are NO rules.
Spend a peaceful session working from your sketchbook or art journal. Andrea Balmer will present different themes and techniques for individual reflection. You may work with watercolour, pen and ink, mixed media and collage. Session goerswill develop their art exploration while applying personal ideas and reflections.

Burlesque involves sexy choreography that empowers women to accept their bodies in a way nothing else can. There are many different forms of burlesque but there is no need to put heels or a corset on. Just dress comfortably and get ready to jiggle and giggle!
Kasandra is a mother of 2 boys and has been teaching different styles of dance for over 13 years. She was raised in Muskoka and taught at The Bracebridge School of Ballet as well as other studios in Vancouver and Toronto. She is now working at Body by Design teaching Burlesque in Bracebridge and can’t wait to see new and familiar faces!
